In black and white, it looks cold, and there's a dead tree...I definitely feel lonely now. I think the best part is the light reflecting on the ground and against the wall behind him.

yeah I'd have to agree, my favourite section is where the light gently lies upon the bottom of his coat, god knows why... it just seems so subtle

haha perhaps he's an agent far past his prime stumbling over the simple things he did as a younger man, it could symbolize the desperation some attain when reaching old age, longing to be young once again!

I love the first one a lot, it's like a B&W picture in colour. And the train station ones are great too. Did you just take them of random people or did you ask first? Haha.

I love the shadows in some of these. My favorite is the wicked-looking tree casting its shadow on the building. The train station ones really don't do anything for me, of course this is most likely because I'm no big fan of stations in general.

The first post with the pictures in are well positioned and it makes me sad. it starts with a lonely old man and shows a beautiful cobbled street perfect to enjoy with someone then a couple close together. i really liked these pictures there is a truth to them

What can I say ? They are just all so excellent photos Samuel.. truly enjoyed then...I don't have a photographic background so I can't comment with the jargon but they all do something for the amateur viewer like me...true talent. Have you tried selling any of these - National Geographic etc. ?

All beautiful. I love how you have looked at everyday travel, its so natural and common place that its never considered so interesting- but it so is. I love people watching in train stations and your photographs show diverse people, its a view of life and that in itself is gorgeous.
The last one doesn't have to be in focus, don't wish it was. Its unique for not been.

as of late I've had very little time to do anything for myself, so I hope to branch out and try to push my artistic boundaries... I feel so average it's unreal, I feel I need to unleash myself somehow but I have yet to find my medium..

Suggest you buy a copy of "The Writers & Artists" yearbook 2008 (2009 (pub. A&C Black) edition may be out now)...there is a whole chapter on Photography markets.
