I like all the pieces but I'm not sure if the overall composition works.  It feels like there is too much going on here.

I would like the face better if he had shoulders and was not just a floating head in space.

I really like this, the implications of just another piece in the puzzle scenario, the fact that because no one knows who the dude, he's just another piece as well...
