Cheating?

I am in love with this girl, but she claims to love me AND this kid, John[not real name], the same amount. She's bi, obviously. So she doesn't know if she wants to fall in love with a boy fully, or a girl fully. But I don't know how to get through to her that I won't continue to let her cheat on him with me because I know how wrong it is. Yet I want to continue to touch her etc so badly. But she won't take the hint that she needs to end things with the boy so that she's not attached by trust with him and keeps lying to him constantly. We both can't resist each other, so chances are, she'll continue to cheat for a WHILE. But than I feel guilty. I know I shouldn't get involved until she's single.
But what do I say to her?
What advice do I give to her?
How do I stop myself from wanting to kiss her daily!?!

if she cheats on him, she'll cheat on you. 

right now she has the best of both worlds--a realtionship with one of you and a thing on the side with the other.  she must choose only one or she's not being fair to you or him. 

(there is no way to stop wanting to kiss her--until you stop wanting to kiss her.  there is no magic cure for that... i've tried.  lol.)

someone is going to get hurt.
