It's finally possible to post videos, music etc from YouTube and a number of other sites. So now you can either show off your own work in the appropriate sections of UD... The Carnival: MusicFilm/VideoThe Crucible: MusicFilm/Video...or you can post the work of others you like in the appropriate section, most likely here in 'The World'. To do so is very simple: all you have to do is include the web address of the appropriate media in the desired place in your post, and it appears. So, if I post the link 'ht tp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_tPQQLMXmQ4' (space inserted to break link for purposes of illustration), you get this mesmerising video of the estimable Mr. Cohen at Glastonbury: <![CDATA[<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/_tPQQLMXmQ4&rel=0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/v/_tPQQLMXmQ4&rel=0</a>]]>Really, what more could you want? ...Well it's not something I'd care the whole neighbourhood knew about you understand...I did try to keep it quiet, told her not to mouth off about the fact in Grayson's corner shop. But of course she {puffs cigarette} she did... Joint Honours in Geology and Botany. Distinction in both thank you very much indeed and a Phd in Astrophysics if you please.
One minute she was buying in the customary 9 bagfuls of shopping, happy as Larry, as they are, the next thing I knew I was the Goldberg the Goat. Ghastly business. Married to a billy brainbox with more interest in intellectualism in than my ankle braces. Of course I ....{puffs cigarette} tried to offer her the easy way out...service revolver in the outside toilet. One shot. One way ticket to Calcutta in a PO trunk. Nobody's the wiser and not a word to the milkman. But no. IShe wouldn't have it. So tried strangling her once or twice but that would've caused upset to the neighbours not to mention disrupting the dinner functions. So off i went . Packed a small bag for Bognor Regis and here I am.
