Dear Ed ...was discussing this with two other poets last night during our meeting ... how do we stand re posting our favourite published poems (by other writers) up here  for purposes of others to  share and enjoy...what copyright regs. do we need to be aware of without UD having to pay a hefty fine ?

Example...all Shakespeare's sonnets are no doubt in the clear as he's been dead well over 50 years but what about John Berryman, Plath,  etc. ?

Hey Goldberg,

Thanks for raising this. Frankly, we don't know. We'll research it, but if anyone else has any specialised knowledge we'd be grateful if they could share it.
