You'd have to ask someone who picked up a copy and saved it when it first came out to give it to you. I doubt they'd let that goldmine go, though.

I don't really want to let them go but feel free to bombard me with trades and offerings. I may just give in  I also have what I consider to be UD zero which was a single sheet job
